Holborn Painters & Decorators
Set out the work you want considered.
You do not need to settle every colour before making contact. A useful outline identifies the property, the intended result and the practical constraints that will shape a quotation.
Discuss your projectFor a home or rental property
List the rooms and whether you want walls, ceilings, joinery or wallcoverings included. Describe furniture that will stay, retained floors and any visible defects. Say whether the home is occupied and who can provide access. For a letting, include the intended next occupancy and any cleaning, repair or inventory appointments already being arranged.
For chambers, offices or a small business
Identify the areas to be released and those that must remain operational. Mention bookshelves, display fittings, secure rooms and sensitive contents. Include the practice or building contact who can approve the specification. If evening or weekend work is preferred, state the permitted access window and any restrictions already issued by the landlord or estate.
For a shared entrance or external elevation
Name the building representative and provide the relevant schedule or photographs. Identify the floors, door faces, windows and railings included, together with proposed access equipment. Supply any existing permissions and colour records. Explain whether waste collection, parking arrangements and highway applications are expected to form part of the proposal.
Review the whole proposal before acceptance
Compare the amount with the stated preparation, finish, inclusions and exclusions. Resolve unclear surfaces and responsibilities before instruction, including the process for approving changes. The enquiry opens that discussion; a booking depends on the separately agreed scope, programme and terms.
